Well, the secret lies in the fact of sacrifice and tolerance. You are filled with mediocre people who doesn't have a clue about your goals and ambitions, so you would have to surpass them. This could be done from the habit of practicing your required skill daily. Whatever you are working on, developing, a skill, studies or anything, don't skip a day. That's the main point. Well, that might not be the easiest, but always remember that "they are not doing that". This is how people beat mediocrity and rise to the level where they are on the top of the world. When you will rise above the people, they will look to you with an ave, as if you have got the superpowers. Developing skills is so rare that it is almost equal to craving a superpower.
